Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. All orders are shipped from our fulfillment center in California, USA.

How long does shipping take?

United States: 5-10 business days

Canada: 7-21 business days (varies by province)

Please note that shipping times may be longer during peak seasons or due to customs processing for Canadian orders.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 USD / $99 CAD.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

For Canadian customers, orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Orders & Returns

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Products must be at least 75% full and in original packaging.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Please contact us at hello@ecophoria.ca as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can only guarantee changes if you reach us within 2 hours of placing your order.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We're sorry if this happens! Please email us at hello@ecophoria.ca within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged items and packaging. We'll send a replacement right away.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

Products & Ingredients

Are your products really cruelty-free?

Yes! All Ecophoria products are Leaping Bunny certified cruelty-free. This means no animal testing at any stage of product development not by us, not by our suppliers, not by any third parties.

Are all products vegan?

Yes, our entire collection is 100% vegan. We never use animal-derived ingredients such as beeswax, lanolin, carmine, or collagen from animal sources.

What ingredients do you avoid?

All Ecophoria products are formulated without: parabens, sulfates (SLS/SLES), phthalates, synthetic fragrances, mineral oil, petrolatum, formaldehyde, and other harmful chemicals. We believe in full ingredient transparency.

Where are your products made?

All Ecophoria products are manufactured in FDA-registered facilities in the United States, specifically in California. Our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Are your products organic?

Many of our products contain certified organic ingredients. While not all products are 100% organic (some clinically-proven actives like retinol are synthesized), we prioritize organic and natural ingredients wherever possible without sacrificing efficacy.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

We're committed to reducing our environmental footprint. Our packaging is recyclable, and we're continuously working to improve our sustainability practices, including reducing plastic use and exploring refillable options.

Skincare Questions

How do I know which products are right for my skin type?

Each product page includes detailed information about which skin types it's best suited for. If you're unsure, email us at hello@ecophoria.ca with your skin concerns, and we'll provide personalized recommendations.

Can I use retinol if I have sensitive skin?

Yes, but we recommend starting slowly. Begin by using retinol products 1-2 times per week, gradually increasing frequency as your skin builds tolerance. Always use SPF during the day when using retinol products.

What order should I apply my skincare products?

As a general rule, apply products from thinnest to thickest consistency: Cleanser → Toner → Serum → Eye Cream → Moisturizer → SPF (morning). For specific routine advice, check our blog or contact us!

Are your products safe during pregnancy?

While our products use clean, safe ingredients, we recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before introducing new skincare during pregnancy. Products containing retinol should typically be avoided during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

How long before I see results?

Skincare is a journey, not an overnight fix. Most customers notice improvements in skin texture and hydration within 2-4 weeks. For concerns like fine lines, dark spots, or acne, allow 8-12 weeks of consistent use to see significant results.
